to the list (for easy reference).
Please Note: it’s not necessary to log in to Google, the form will work anyway.
If you are a family needing more than one room, it would help the organizer if you fill in the
form once for each room you need (so 4 people for example could ask for 1 double room and 2 singles).
This makes it easier for our dictator to keep track of the number and type of room needed. Thank you in advance!
Payment
Note that there is no early deposit, the full amount should be paid to the hotel no later than June 12th.
